TORI MOSLEY
FOUNDER
STORI DRY GOODS CO.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA

"

I know what I buy, I know what I invest in and I want my customer to also have that same confidence in what they're investing in. That's why I feel comfortable providing my lifetime warranty.

Tori Mosley grew up in North Carolina, lived in Atlanta and now calls the San Francisco Bay Area home. He has always been an entrepreneur from hustling high-end sneakers, to running his first clothing business, where he learned about the manufacturing process and the fashion industry. His past companies were successful but decided to move on. That's when he discovered his true passion, which was creating leather goods for his company, Stori Dry Goods Co.

In 2014, Tori found himself in a leather shop looking for some leather to use for a product he needed for his clothing business. What he didn't realize was that visit to the leather shop would begin his love for leather. After he finished the project for his clothing business, he decided instead of buying a new wallet from a department store; he would design and build one himself. Tori designed his wallet based on two requirements: minimalism and functionality. He says, "appearance-wise, the wallet was not so good but functionality wise, the wallet worked great."

Two years later in 2016, Stori Dry Goods Co. was officially born. Stori Dry Goods Co. offers handmade leather goods such as bags, belts, wallets, key chains, iPhone bands, and clutches. Tori makes everything by hand, and products can always be customized. You can find Stori Dry Goods Co. generally at big craft shows, online and on social media.

You can make anything at this point nowadays. You can’t make an excuse for not knowing, there are too many resources.

The vision for Stori as Tori says "is to make Stori into a leather bag company." One of the things that I admire about Tori is how he offers his lifetime guarantee with all of his products. The reason why Tori can do this is he knows the quality of leather that is used for his products and believes in his craftsmanship so much that he is not worried about the longevity of his product. He knows his products will last.

Tori is the real deal. I'm excited to see his future, and I know one day I will be walking into a Stori Dry Goods Co. leather bag shop.

Like other cities, San Francisco is made up of several neighborhoods, boroughs and sections. In one of those neighborhoods of San Francisco, they call it the Outer Sunset, and that's where you will discover a Bay Area favorite lifestyle brand store called San Franpsycho, and it's founder Chrisitan Routzen.
